Glufosinate ammonium 13.5 SL is powerful and advance herbicide to control weed on the Non crop area. Glufosinate Ammonium 13.5% W/W SL is a soluble liquid herbicide that controls hard-to-kill weeds. It is a contact herbicide that is more effective on annual broadleaf weeds than annual grasses.
Glufosinate controls weeds by inhibiting glutamine synthetase (herbicide site of action 10), an enzyme involved in the incorporation of ammonium into the amino acid glutamine. Inhibition of this enzyme causes a buildup of phytotoxic ammonia in plants which disrupts cell membranes.
